The Schemas tab displays the list of all the schemas (property and document) currently deployed in the particular application. Schema defines the structure of the message. The schema also contains some important aspects of the message such as property promotion details. The content of the schema is very critical for support persons while performing some administration/operational activities in the BizTalk server environment. BizTalk360 allows the users to view the General Schema properties, tracking information, and the content of the schema.
Viewing the Schemas of an application
To view the schemas of an application in BizTalk360, follow the steps as shown below:
- Log in to the BizTalk360 application
Click the expand button against the 'Application Support' tab and select the 'Applications' link in the Menu panel on the left side of the screen
- Click the application name from the application list view
- BizTalk360 v8.0 allows users to export the list of available applications for the user along with their current operational and configuration status. Click Export to Excel link to download the report to your computer.
- Click Schemas tab to view the list of Schemas of the application
Click the sliders to view the process of seeing the schemas of an application.
Viewing the Properties of the Schemas
The schema properties window displays the general properties of the schema, the tracking information that determine which information is stored to the tracking database, and the rich schema view. The schema view is represented in a tree view look with color coding, collapsible nodes, and scroll bars within the text area. Click the eye icon against each schema to view the properties.
Click the sliders to view the process of seeing the properties of the schemas.
