There are two types of users that can be added in BizTalk360:
- Super User
- Normal User
A super user will have more power and authorization to access all the modules in the application (Ex. administrators). They will be responsible to set up the configurations across multiple environments. Super users have exclusive rights in the application such as:
- Setting up the application for the different environments through the "Settings" screen
- Manage other users (support engineers)
- Define the authorization for different level of support users
A normal user (Ex. support persons) will have access to the application depending on the permissions that have been assigned by the Super users. The access privileges for normal users can be set from the "User Access Policy" section under "Settings".
