There may be occasions when BizTalk360 prompts for the location of the older version MSI while upgrading to a newer version, let's say, 7.0.xx to 7.5.xx.

If you have the MSI file, the process is pretty straightforward. All you got to do is select the location where the MSI is located, and continue the upgrade process. If you do not have the older version MSI file, follow the steps as shown below:

  1. Cancel the current upgrade process and perform the following steps
  2. Download the older version MSI fromhttps://biztalk360.blob.core.windows.net/release/BizTalk360.Setup.7.0.xxx.xx.Enterprise.msi(Replace the x with the appropriate version number) and store it in the Temp folder (C:\Temp\)
  3. Now, try to upgrade BizTalk360, and the installation will pass the step where the installer requests for the older version MSI (since the MSI is already available in C:\Temp\)

If you face the same error while uninstalling BizTalk360, as shown below, follow the same steps as mentioned before to solve the issue.
