Sometimes, you may face a warning message (as shown below) under "Message Box Viewer - Reports" screen even though you have configured the MBV for the particular environment. 



In this case, follow the steps as shown below to solve the problem -

  • Make sure the BizTalk360 monitoring service and the MBV sub service (MBV schedule) are running
  • Make sure you are using a fresh copy of MBV. If you edit the MBVSettings.xml file via the MBV UI, this will not be supported and you will notice the error message in the MBV - Reports screen.
    Once MBV is integrated with BizTalk360, you should not use it for manual runs or change any values in the files.
