You may notice the following exception message after setting up data monitoring in BizTalk360 -
This is because the credentials used for the BizTalk360 monitoring service and the credentials used to log in to BizTalk360 are different. Make sure both the credentials are the same.
To overcome this problem, create a user role in BizTalk360 under User Access Policy with a normal user permissions. While creating the Normal User, in the Add new user > Allowed Application > Permissions page (last page), simply provide the access to "Can operate on service instance". By doing this, this user will be able to set up & configure data monitoring and the operation will work seamlessly.
