This is mainly caused due to the BizTalk Server upgrade. The location does not synchronize/update in the BizTalk360 Database properly. Say, for instance, if your are on BizTalk Server "X" version and upgrading to BizTalk Server "Y" version. After the upgrade it may not synchronize/update in the BizTalk360 Database properly. By updating the path manually in the "b360_admin_GlobalProperties" table in the BizTalk360 Database, this problem can be resolved.
