Backup/DR visualizer helps to understand your BizTalk environment back/DR configuration visually. In order to display the single screen view of your entire backup and DR settings, the service account will need to query lot of information in both the SQL instances (live and standby) as if like a system administrator. Hence it's important to give all the required (READ only) access to the service account under which the BizTalk360 IIS application pool is running.

Before following the below procedure, make sure you performed this task

Let's assume CORP\SvcBizTalk is your service account (make necessary changes to the examples below)

On live environment

USE MSDB
GRANT SELECT ON SysSchedules TO [CORP\SvcBizTalk]
GRANT SELECT ON SysJobSchedules TO [CORP\SvcBizTalk]
USE master
GRANT VIEW SERVER STATE TO [CORP\SvcBizTalk]
GO

On Standby Environment

You need to GRANT all the permission you have given in the live environment, in standby environment as well. In addition you need to provide the following permission.

USE Master
GRANT SELECT ON dbo.bts_LogShippingHistory TO [CORP\SvcBizTalk]
