When you attempt to do certain activities in BizTalk360 like resuming service instances, terminating services instances, starting host instances etc. You may see an error message "Unable to enlist in the transaction" as shown below:

Resolution:

BizTalk server utilizes MS Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS-DTC) for remote transactions. MS DTC plays an important role in a multi server BizTalk environments. MS DTC in each server must be configured in a certain way as detailed in this article
