BizTalk360 will trigger the alerts for the errors and warnings to the corresponding communication channel (SMS/Email) based on the alarm settings. There may be cases when there is an issue with the gateway/SMTP settings or the monitoring service stops running, and you do not receive the notification emails. In these situations, there is an option in BizTalk360 where you can see the alert/notification history information to know when the last successful email/SMS was sent from the system. The "Is Transmitted" column will let the users know whether the alert was actually sent to the notification channel or not.


Viewing the Alert/Notification History

  1. Log in to the BizTalk360 application
  2. Click 'Monitoring and Notification' in the Menu panel on the left side of the screen
  3. Select 'Alert History' from the drop down in the top right corner of the screen
  4. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS – Provides the list of email notifications that have been triggered from the application. The screen displays a maximum of 25 records. Click Details link to view more records (maximum 50 records).
  5. SMS/TEXT NOTIFICATIONS – Provides the list of SMS/text notifications that have been triggered from the application. The screen displays a maximum of 25 records. Click Details link to view more records (maximum 50 records).

  6. Click Refresh link at the top right corner of the page to refresh the list of notifications
