This article explains about how to login to customer site from Managed Services portal.


Once the Customer site is made Live (by configuring the customer site with the site key provided by Kovai Ltd) and user is mapped to the internal AD account, the customer site can be accessed from managed portal.


The Site/Customer column will be hyperlinked and user needs to click on the hyperlink to connect to the customer site.
