How Do I Know That The Customer Site Is Now Available To Manage Remotely Through Managed Services Portal?

In managed services portal, there is a parameter called IsLive which is used to confirm if the Customer Site is connected. This parameter can have two values:

  1. Not Live - This means the Site Key is not mapped to any customer site and Service Bus is not enabled for remote access through managed services
  2. IsLive - This status means the Site Key is mapped to a Customer Site and can be accessed through managed services 
    The Environment and Version details gets auto populated once the Site key is enabled in the customer site.
