When we try to load BizTalk360 UI, we may get the get the error as below screenshot.
Also, while running the troubleshooter, the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error will occur.
This is due to the following reasons:
- The BizTalk environment would have been decommissioned and removed from the environment before it was removed from BizTalk360.
- Also the particular row was deleted from the BizTalk_Environment table in BizTalk360 database.
Please make sure you have a working BizTalk environment for BizTalk360 to get loaded.
