Unable to perform the manual activation of license

When the user performs manual activation of license and gets the following error :

System.Exception: Unable to parse the request correctly, make sure you are using the manual activation/deactivation response correctly.

Solution:

In the Generate license Activation Request page, click Generate Request to generate the license activation text. Copy the license activation text and navigate to http://www.biztalk360.com/manual-license-activation/ (Manual license activation page) on a web browser.

You need to have internet connection in order to get the manual activation code. If internet connection is not available in the system, then this error occurs.
