When we upgrade BizTalk360 to a highest version, sometimes we get the screen requesting the App pool credentials and the Monitoring service credentials, the Username for the App pool is not getting populated as given in the screen shot below.
The following needs to be checked:
1. Please confirm us by any chance if the the IIS app pool credential settings is changed. If so please provide appropriate account which you used during the BizTalk360 installation.
2. Check the BizTalk360 registry properties.
Steps to navigate to the registry:
Open Run, execute the command "regedit.exe".
Navigate by the path "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\BizTalk360\Properties"
and check the details of the Website name under which BizTalk360 App pool is configured.
