Logs in Advanced Event Viewer with 5 hours late

Hello,

Since i've updated to version 7.8.4870, we now see event logs in the "Advanced event viewer" with a 5 hours gap in the B360 web portal.

However, the "b360_ev_EventLogData" table contains all the most recents events log?  So the web portal should be able to display all the most recent data?


Note: The system time zone in B360 System settings is set to UTC -5 US and Canada.

We are aware of this issue with Advanced Event Viewer and time zone issue. We have done the fix last week and going to release it sometime this week once our QA process is complete.

Not sure if this is related to the same issue, but we are seeing a similar time stamping delay of exactly 7 hours on Graphical Flow Tracking when querying Tracked Message Events.


This started after upgrading to 7.8.4870.2210

Please find the latest build/msi which has the fix for date time issue in Advanced Event Viewer. Please let me know if you are facing any issues with this build.

Hello,

Tested in a VM, this build 7.8.4930.1311 seems to solve the "time zone" display in the Advanced Event Viewer.

We plan to migrate this version to our environments.
